 Celebrating over 50 years of service to LGBTQQIA+ constituencies, ISCS is the oldest organization of its kind in the Spokane Metropolitan Area. The ISCS has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for issues and concerns facing the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Inetersex, Asexual, and allied community throughout Eastern Washington.
